MOVA Brewery uses the language of communication to help people understand each other, offering a wide variety of craft beer and non-alcoholic products. (Móva [ukr.] - language)

From light to dark, strong to mild, bottled to draft – beer is a versatile drink with a rich history, a variety of tastes, and millions of fans. Our mission is to guide people through this immeasurable world and build beer's reputation as a drink of distinction.

MOVA started out as a contract brewery, meaning we brewed beer on other people’s equipment. Our goals were to bring people together and create a place that would be genuinely interesting and something we could be proud of – and to stop brewing beer on someone else’s equipment.

Now MOVA is successfully expanding its reach and proving that beer with a Ukrainian spirit can not only hold its own on the world beer map but also foster friendly relations with people from different countries.

For 8 years we have been organizing the Craft Culture beer festival – there is no music used on the brewery stands to allow people freely talk to the brewers and learn more about the beer.

We also organize the MOVA Run, which involves both adults and children.

We published a historical book about brewing in our region.

We opened a brewing museum in Dnipro, which is part of the Museum Association of Ukraine.

We support the local food university and its department that trains brewers.

We actively take part in events and collaborations in order to introduce Ukrainian beer to the world and help our army to defend Ukraine.

The war has had a huge impact on us. Our brains have adapted to constant air-raid alerts, explosions and pain.

Everyone understands that any day could be the last, but that’s not a reason to stop.

We know that the only way to get through this is to act, so we keep working, supporting the economy, and some members of our team who have joined the Armed Forces to defend our country.

Our brewery is very active in fundraising to support our country and our people at the front line.

About a year and a half ago, at five in the morning, a Russian missile hit near the brewery. The whole team joined in dealing with the consequences, and by five in the evening we were already back to operating as normal.

We raise money in every way we can – we do collaborations, we buy necessary equipment and we provide humanitarian aid.

Only by uniting can we endure. We are open to collaborations and proposals if it can help Ukraine.

In the past few years, we’ve been living with regular blackouts.  We’ve adapted to power cuts by installing solar panels, a solid-fuel steam generator and a diesel generator, because we understand that we cannot stop.
